Established in the year of 1979, Modern Precision Plastics&Mould (Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd is a Hong Kong-based enterprise which initially founded its first factory in Guangtang Hongkong instantly in the same year.
In 1991, we moved our factory to Liantang Luohu Shenzhen in accordance with the policy of chinese reform and openning, and kept developing our business since then.
To expending our business, we relocated our factory to Biling Pingshan to enlarge our size in Shenzhen in 1996. Currently, with over 300 hundred outstanding staff, we cover an area of 40,000 square meters, and have an investment of 65 Million HKD. We are specialized in designing and making high precise mould, as well as provide high qualified moulding, painting, printing, assembling. ( such as telephone, video, copy machine, computer, printing machine, entatainment facilities and so on.)
At the present, we provide the following products and services to our clients:
1. High precise mould design: full computer-controlled and 3D engineering design. Besides, we have all kinds of functional design softwares and many expert designers.
2. Mould making: we have over one hundred specialized machines, in which ten high precise CNC machines, ten EDM machines, three wire-cutting machines are three 3D measuring machines are included. More than 150 workers are cooperating to operate these machines.
3. Plastic injection moulding: we have 39 high precise injection machines, branded as JSW, NISSEI, Toshiba and YORBO, etc, all of which are equipped with functional equipments like crushing, drying, absorbing and so on. Our daily capacity can reach as many as 200,000 parts.
4. Printing: we have 48 pad-printing machines with comprehensive functions, 10 delivery ties and drying machines. We have more than 70 workers with three shifts to print 100,000 units daily.
5. Painting: we have 2 strictly controlled robot painting lines and other drying machines, with which our daily capacity can exceed 50,000 units.
